I understand that this is only an application to have my fines reduced by a lump-sum partial payment. This application will have to be reviewed and agreed upon by Vince Dean, Criminal Court Clerk and have a judge’s approval. While awaiting approval of this application I will still be required to make my monthly payments until a lump-sum payment has been agreed upon by all parties. Please note: If monthly payments are not continued - after 90 days without a payment your driver’s license will be revoked, and your account will be turned over to a collection agency (which will result in additional charges).
